INVENTORY UPDATE 94 is a regional analysis of health personnel in the province of British Columbia, and, for the HHRU, represents a return to reporting information by Health Region rather than by health personnel group. (The first INVENTORY was published in 1974.) The information in these tables is derived from ROLLCALL UPDATE 94, a regular publication of the Health Human Resources Unit (HHRU), and the databases of the colleges and professional associations. The tables included in this report have been generated in response to a growing need for regional information in British Columbia. The tables have been published in this format to increase the usability of ROLLCALL UPDATE information, but are not meant to replace that volume, which offers more detailed information about these fourteen health professional groups and two subgroups.
