THE FREDERIC WOOD THEATRE FOUNDATION
OUR AUDIENCE MEMBERS OF PAST SEASONS will receive, if they hove
not already done so, an invitation to help us build, over the next two or
three years, a Foundation of $100, 000.00, the interest from which will be
devoted, on a continuing basis, to the development of our production programme in the new Frederic Wood Theatre. A grant from the University and
gifts from patrons of our original small theatre have already brought the
Foundation to $2850.00, a very encouraging beginning. We hope also that
our NEW AUDIENCE MEMBERS will wish to join in building the Foundation
to its objective. Their support would be much appreciated.
GUEST BOOK
We invite any members of our audience who are NOT ALREADY on our
mailing list, and who may wish to receive notice of future productions, to
sign the Guest Book in the foyer.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The Frederic Wood Theatre wishes to express its appreciation of the assistance it has received from the many friends of theatre both on and off the
campus.

ANNA REISER - one of Toronto's leading actresses, Miss Reiser recently
completed an extensive tour with the Canadian Players in the title role of
"Saint Joan". She is known to C.B. C. radio and television audiences
both as actress and playwright and has appeared for two seasons at Stratford. The Frederic Wood Theatre is happy to welcome Miss Reiser to Vancouver.
LEE TAYLOR - a starring role in "Beauty and the Beast" for the Vancouver International Festival and an appearance as "Shylock" in "The
Merchant of Venice" have most recently occupied Mr. Taylor. Frederic
Wood Theatre audiences will remember his outstanding performances in
such plays as "Colombe" and "Venus Observed".
