Marks: oval with profile of head and words 'Medallion Nursing Bottle' around it; 'Trade Mark' across front base; 'M.S. Burr & Co., Proprietors, Boston, Mass.' on back. The aperture measures 3 cm in diameter including rim and 2 cm in diameter exluding rim.
