[Interview with Albert Lee 4] Yoshizawa, Alejandro


Albert Lee talks about a telegram his father Chuck Lee sent in January of 1950 to Lee Wai Wing at the Charlie Wai Laundry in Halifax. Charlie Wai Laundry was a place where the bachelor men gathered to socialize and discuss all matters from livelihood to business. Albert Lee's father was brought up in the laundry after his grandfather returned to China. Albert Lee also talks about his grandfather's journey and relations between clan associations.; 李棣華講述他父親李修策在1950年1月寄給哈利法克斯市 Charlie Wai Laundry 的 Lee Wai Wing 的電報。Charlie Wai Laundry 是單身漢能集合在一起討論各種各樣的題目的地方, 像生活和商業。李棣華的父親李修策在李修策的父親回中國以後於洗衣店裏長大。李棣華亦論及他爺爺的旅途和不同氏族公會之間的關係。
