Abstract
The thesis for the Master of Music in Opera consists of the performance of a major role in one full opera production, or of two supporting roles in two full opera productions in the first or second year. 1 performed the role of Elvira in Gioachino Rossini's "L'Italiana in Algeri" on November 2, 2002, and the role of Esmeralda in Bedřich Smetaná's "Prodaná Nevĕsta" on March 6 and March 8, 2003.
