O₂-oxidations catalyzed by trans-dioxoporphyrinatoruthenium(VI) species Cheng, Stephen Yau Sang
Abstract
Some trans-Ru[sup VI](porp)(0)2 complexes [porp = TMP (1), TDCPP (2), TDCPP-Cl₈
(3)] were synthesized and used to oxidize, both stoichiometrically and (in the presence of
air/O₂) catalytically, a variety of organic compounds in benzene under relatively mild
conditions.
