2019 UBC Library Survey Waitt, Meghan; Buhler, Jeremy; Moore, Kajsa; Library Survey Analysis Working Group

Abstract

The UBC Library Assessment Team developed the 2019 UBC Library Survey to learn about users perceptions, expectations, and engagement with the library. The locally developed questionnaire replaced the LibQUAL survey and aligned questions with UBC Library's planning and service improvement needs. It was distributed to a random sample of UBC students, staff, faculty, and community users in February and March 2019. The presentations, report, and annotated questionnaire in this record were created for an internal audience and may contain links to detailed survey results that are only accessible to UBC Library employees.
