Abstract
The TRIUMF-KAON Project will provide a unique world-class facility for basic research in particle and nuclear physics with performance capabilities which will not be available anywhere else. The committee unanimously agrees that the project is technically mature and urges that funding be secured to pursue the construction with the utmost urgency. The Specific Terms of References are addressed in the following.1. Technical Assessment of the Design. 2. Progress of Technical Projects During the Past Year. 3. Degree of Readiness. 4. Cost, Schedule and Manpower. 5. Staging the Project
