On the risk of being naive Anggara, Kenneth
Abstract
In Vancouver, the current planning and regulations conspire with architecture to regulate the form and use of our urban fabric. Building codes, zoning by laws, and neighbourhood character guidelines aim to control what we can and cannot build or do. My thesis seeks to challenge these rules by ways of questioning these regulations that were imposed for the city of Vancouver.
