Abstract
Health care in general is slow at adopting change and implementing evidence into practice. With health care organizations, such as hospitals, striving to improve clinical outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and implementation of evidence-based practices, an array of factors have been identified as being important in successfully implementing these initiatives.
