Dutoher, an engineer engaged to make a preliminary report on the water system here, recommended to the council the construction of a gravity water system and hydro-electric power plant nnd urged that immediate steps be taken toward filing applications with the federal and provincial governments for the necessary rights. The estimated cost of the gravity system is $60,000, and that of the hydroelectric power plant $90,000.
