Clifford T Jones of this city ha. made application to Commissioner Douglas at Ban_ for a lease of BM feet of the top of Cascai_ mountain. Tbe ultimate object is to have a station for airships on the premises. Mr. Jones and various clients ar.- at presiE; negotiating the formation of a company and tbey consider the top of Cascade mountain to be an ideal si-.e for the purpose. in addition to the ultimate object, the peak could be made very usfui for mountain climbing, etc. Of course a staticc will also be built la Banff ji roper, and tourists and others who wish couid make tbe trip to tbe Peak, which has an elevation of 10,000 feet.
