It is probable George Clothier, examining en-. gineer for the Provincial Department of Mines, will spend part of the sum- mer there and make a report on its geology. Tim Williams, one of the 1910 pioneers of Portland Canal district, is starting for the Unuk country to make locations of mineral outcrops ha found while on trapping expeditions. He says the indications in the section between the Salmon and Unuk are the best he has ever seen and, in addition to that, he says the creeks will all pan gold. FIFTH STREET CABARET OPENS.
