Macdonald relative to miscellaneous expenditure, and which Alex.\nManson had also dealt with a few\nevenings before. The Liberal candidate took the ground that the system\nof book-keeping by the Government\nwas all wrong. There was nothing ln\nthe contention that was put forth he\nsaid.
