Avetage assays from\ndifferent places across the vein gave\n$8.00 guld, SO ozs. silver; alsu $8.00\ngold and 150 ozs. silver and one, the\nlatest return\u00E2\u0080\u0094$18.05 guld and 1110 4-5\nozs. silver per Ion.\nOn the \"llig Ledge\" is a 10-fnot\nquarlz vein, mineralized willi Iron\npyrites. This vein has been opened\nup hy cross-cuts on tho surface for 500\nfeet. A narrower vein has been\nopened up, being nne font wide, carrying considerable copper pyrites, and\nruns intu the main ledge as a spur, on\nwhich a tunnel of 40 feet has been\ndriven. Average assays gave $83 gold\nand 11-10 ozs. silver, and $411.35 guld,\nPi_ ozs. silver, 2 per cent, copper.\nThe \"S. F.\" lies Let weed the fi. A. It.\nand D, A., in the direcl inn lift be strike\non the G. A. R, vein. This location has\nheen made on a vein of pyrrhotlto,\nThe \"O. B.\" has two distinct veins -\none 25 feet wide which, from its striko\nand general character would seem to\nhe the same vein as that,nn the Big\nLedge, although sufficient has not\nheen dune to make this conclusive.\nThe'second vein ' has I'.'al, present a\nwidth of nearly three feet. Assays\nhave shown values in gold from $4.00\nlo $170.63, while \".^conservative sampling by Mr. S. S. Fowler, M. E, gave\n$20.00 in gold.\nOn'llie\"S. II. B.\" are t,wo~converging veins of copper and iron Ipyriles,\non which work is now being done. An\naverage assay gave, gulil $1.50, silver\n10} ozs..^copper 11.110 per cent., or\n$10,14 fur all values.\nThe \"Fred I).\" was located in De\n(\u00E2\u0080\u00A2ember, 1805, mure as ground for a\nbasis for miuing operations for tbe\nolher claims than fnr its present value,\nalthough I here is liltle doubt that, the\nlarge vein on; lhe O. B. i-iuisj through\nit. There is a small vein of galena on\nthis claim.\nThe \",T. A. C.\" has a large Iron-\ncapping running through it from the\nAnaconda, at a depth of a few feet.\nThe ore callies a considerable percent\nage of of copper and $10 in gold.\nThe remaining six claims are all good\nprospects, hut as yet. very little development work has been done on\nihem.\nf\n%\nThis company is registered under the\nCompanies Act, 1890, and amending\nacts, in the office of the Registrar in\nVictoria, B.
