P.C. 775.\nCertified to be a True Copy of a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the\nPrivy Council, approved by His Excellency the Governor-General\non the 10th April, 1937.\nThe Committee of the Privy Council have had before them a report, dated 6th April,\n1937, from the Minister of Justice, stating that he has examined the Statutes of the Province\nof British Columbia passed in the First Session held in the year 1936, and received by the\nSecretary of State of Canada on the 20th April, 1936, and that he is of the opinion that these\nStatutes may be left to such operation as they may have.\nThe Committee concur, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that\na copy hereof and of the attached report, if approved, be transmitted to the Lieutenant-\nGovernor of British Columbia for the information of his Government.\nAll of which is respectfully submitted for Your Excellency's approval.\nE.
