H. P. Gibson called the\nmeeting to order and made a few\nopening remarks, dealing with\nthe good work that Colonel Peck\nhas done for the district in the\npast, and for this reason considered that he is entitled to the\nsupport of the electors of this\nportion of the constituency. Following this he explained the purpose of the calling of the meeting, and requested the selection\nof a committee.\nThe meeting then got down to\nbusiness and elected the following: H. P. Gibson, chairman;\nW. Broad, W. J. Crawford, W.\nForest, J. Watkins, J. A. Lade,\nR. L. Clothier, Fred Young, and\nP. S, Jack. It was considered\nthat this was sufficient for the\nt me being. But a motion was\npassed empowering this committee to add to its numbers if it\ntho ight advisable.\nAfter this the meeting ad-\nlurned, and a committee meet-\nJn? was at once called, during\njwhich W. Get a lunch\nat Tooth's Smoke Shop.\nG. Watt, J. Laing, J. A. Mc-\npoint where the trail cuts it, it is\nat an elevation of 2600 feet,\nwhich is approximately lfiOO feet\nbelow the previous workings,\nand runs from this point straight\nup the hill to his big showing.\nThere is a nice high grade shoot\nin this lead, but the extent of it\nMr. Fraser has not yet had an\nopportunity of determining. In\naddition to this lead he has located eight other leads, all\ntraceable up to the big shewing.\nThese leads are all on the main\nMarmot river north fork trail,\nand are therefore very accessible.\nThe Fraser group is ideally situated from a shipping standpoint.\nGet your put and take dice at Tooth's\nGrant Mahood is down from\nthe Bush and reports that the\nproperty is looking good.\nA.
