Your petitioners believe that it would be in the interests of all concerned if the\nmaximum number of licenses issued were fixed so as to bear a certain proportion to the population \u25a0 that licensed places be closed on the Lord's Day (commonly called Sunday) and during\ncertain hours on week nights, and that provision should be made for the efficient administration\nand enforcerr. ent of
