The adjourned annual meeting of the Delta Farmers' Game Protective Association was held in the Town Hall. Ladner, on Saturday last, at 2 p.m., with the president, J. McKee, in the chair. The meetiug was representative of the farming community but somewhat slow in getting down to business which is a very bad habit and one which should be remedied. The minutes oi previous meeting were adopted a.s read. The financial statement for the year was read and approved, showing a balance of $210.10 on hand. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President ��� John McKee, reelected. Vice-president���W. A. Kirkland. Sec.-Treasurer���H. J. Hutcherson, re-elected. Executive ��� R. McKee, Jas. Storey, G. Grauer. On motion the executive were authorized to take out incorporation papers. On motion the constitution and by-laws were taken up clause by clause and amended as follows: That the membership clause be amended to read: "Every lona fide owner or occupier of land in tbe Delta municipality may become a member of this association after subscribing to the constitution and paying an annual entrance fee of $u\ That Rules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 stand as read.
