The Committee of the Privy Council have had before them a report dated September 11th, 1956, from the Minister of Justice, stating that, with the assistance of the legal officers of his Department, he has examined the Statutes of the Province of British Columbia passed at the Third Session of the Twenty-fourth Legislative Assembly and received by the Secretary of State of Canada on the thirtieth day of September, 1955, and that he is of opinion that these Statutes may be left to such operation as they may have. The Committee advise that a copy hereof be transmitted to the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of British Columbia for the information of his Government. Certified to be a true copy. A. M.
