P.C. 1953-893 Certified to be a True Copy of a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the Privy Council, approved by His Excellency the Governor-General on the 4th June, 1953. The Committee of the Privy Council have had before them a report dated May 30th, 1953, from the Minister of Justice, stating that, with the assistance of the legal officers of his Department, he has examined the Statutes of the Province of British Columbia passed during the Second Session of 1951 and in the First Session of 1952, and received by the Secretary of State of Canada on the 10th day of June, 1952, and that he is of opinion that these Statutes may be left to such operation as they may have. The Committee concur in the foregoing and advise that a copy hereof be transmitted to the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia for the information of his Government. A. M.
