To the Honourable the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, in Session assembled: May it Please Your Honourable Body : The petition of the undersigned residents of Victoria, British Columbia, humbly sheweth, that your petitioners believe it would conduce to the best interests of the Province if women were admitted to the political franchise.
