Copy of a Report of a Committee of the Honourable the Executive Council, approved by His
Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor on the 10th day of May, 1877.
On a memorandum from the Honourable the Attorney-General, dated the 10th day
of May, 1877, recommending that authority be given to disburse the sum of $1,600, being
expenses incurred in consequence of the Militia being called out and proceeding to the
Wellington Mine, Nanaimo, to assist the civil authorities in carrying out the law; and
recommending that such authority be given.
