RECRUITS FOR THE EGYPTIAN LABOUR CORPS POLICE. THESE MEN ARE SELECTED FROM THE MANY THOUSANDS OF NATIVE LABOURERS WHO PRESENT THEMSELVES FOR SERVICE FROM ALL PARTS OF UPPER AND LOWER EGYPT. THE PROUDEST DAY OF THESE MEN'S LIVES IF WHEN THEY ARE SELECTED FOR POLICE DUTY AND FIRST DON THE KING'S UNIFORM.
