Description
An update on B.C.'s new Forest Practices Code, the toughest environmental standards for logging in all of Canada, and Forest Renewal B.C., which has a plan to re-employ forest workers who lose their jobs due to reductions in the allowable cut. The new Code, its background, funding and intent are described with comments from forest managers, industry and members of the public.
