(see year 4 program 5) In the atmosphere of good will fostered by WestLand's public conference on land use in the RMT held in 1986 a new planning initiative is now underway in the trench. The consensus seems to be holding at this point and a wide list of stakeholders is working toward a more cooperative form of land management in the area. As occurred in other places, many are crediting the idea of a neutral \"meeting place\" like the WestLand conference as being the event that started to de-polarize special interest forces.","formaa":"1 Betacam SP videocassette ; 00:28:30","subjeb":[],"subjea":"Rocky Mountain Trench (B.C.) ; Bull River (B.C.)","person":[],"typea":"Motion Pictures","type":"Moving Image","relati":"video\/mp4","langua":"English","notes":"Season 08 Episode 10<br>Mike Halleran; Verd Casselman - Rancher, Trench Advisory Committee; John Murray - Chairman, Trench Advisory Committee; Mike Malmberg - P.Ag., Trench Advisory Committee","ubc":[],"local":"UBC VT 2160.1\/094","digita":"Westland_08_10","subjec":"Westland","audien":"Original Format: University of British Columbia.
