Salmon Plan
Description
DFO, the federal fisheries service, has left nothing untried in an effort to bring the overbuilt west coast salmon fishery under control. There are "too many boats chasing too few fish" and the finger pointing is naturally intensifying. On this program yet another salmon plan is introduced to try and bring some order to a chaotic fishery.
