FREDERIC WOOD THEATRE FOUNDATION
The Frederic Wood Theatre wishes that it could acknowledge in
print all those who have contributed to the Foundation, but the
names of its friends are too numerous to be incorporated in a
programme. The encouraging gifts, small and large, of friends of
Theatre at the University, have brought the Foundation nearly to
the half-way mark of its objective of $100,000.00. It stands at
present at $42,300.00 and has already yielded an income of
$1,836.00 which will be used to develop the new "Freddy Wood's"
programme of play production. To old and new patrons and friends
we should like to say: "How wonderful it would be if, with your
assistance, we could reach the half-way mark of $50,000.00 by
the end of the 1963-1964 season!"
