A Department of Fisheries and Oceans research vessel, the W.E. Ricker, heads to mid-Pacific to observe the impact of driftnet fisheries on B.C. salmon stocks. WestLand goes along to obtain film of the findings. The results do not confirm that driftnets are taking large numbers of B.C. salmon.
