The submission consists of four files, one is a Genpop format file of 8 TaqMan loci describing variation in two "known/learning" samples of rainbow trout (baseline). The second is a similar file for "unknown" fish from a recreational fishery in the same lake (Kootenay Lake, southwestern, BC). The third file is a word document describing the analyses. The fourth file is a ReadMe file describing genotype data format.
