Datasets for 'Picturing local adaptation: spectral and structural traits from drone remote sensing reveal clinal responses to climate transfer in common-garden trials of interior spruce (Picea engelmannii x glauca)' Grubinger, Samuel
Description
Datasets “PCA_sites_seedlots” contain climateNA variables and principal component values for each test site and provenance in the datasat; these data are presented in Fig. 1.

Datasets “blups_correlations” contain best linear unbiased predictions (BLUPs) for each trait for each population, populationtransfer distances along principal components, and trait correlations with positive and negative transfer distances; these data are presented in Figs. 5 and 6.

Datasets “model_cross_validation” contain ground-measured BLUPs for height and DBH and model predictions for these traits from the selected models from site- and population-wise cross validations; these data are presented in Figs. 7, 8, S6, and S7.
