UBC Library LibQUAL Survey Results: User Perceptions of Library Service UBC Library
Description
LibQUAL is a standardised survey instrument developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) that measures user perceptions of library services. Libraries implement LibQUAL periodically to better understand user priorities and to monitor library performance relative to student and faculty expectations.</p>
The survey questions focus on three service areas:</p> <ul> <li>library collections and access</li> <li> customer services</li> <li> library physical spaces </li> </ul>
UBC Library has released LibQUAL data from 2007, 2010, and 2013. </p>
