PRESENT f- J. E. Seaton (Chairman) Minere* Chase, Duggan, & Goldie.

SECCKDED by CHASE f- That the minutes of the meeting of July ID, 1946
be adopted* CARRIED
ARISING FROM THE MINUTES*
The Secretary was Instructed to write the B* C* Gans Dept. saying
that the District was willing to lease them the property that they hoi
requested at Beaver Lake ok an annual rental of $25*00* mid that the Dint*
woo to be allowed a right of way across the said property* Any expense
involved in drawing up n lease woo to be borne by the Dept*
CORRESPONDENCE *
The Sec* root two letters from the Beaver Lake Angling
association asking for a mooting with the Trustees* The matter to be
discussed wan the moving of the clubs lodge which, they claimed, woo now
very necessary owing to the raised level of the dam*
The Sec* was instructed to write saying that the Trustees did not
feel disposed Ik to give them any assistance at this time*

The 300* was also authorized to order now Assessment Rolls*
St was decided not to call a general met-1ing to elect a Trustee to fill
the place loft vacant by the death of Mr* L* Constable* If any matter of
very special importance arose and the Trustees felt that a new member was
essential, o mooting could be called at that time*
VhO Chairman reported that holes had developed under the spillway
at Crooked Lake don*
After considerable discussion it woo decided that the Chairman would
try to got Wally Sexsmlth to do the necessary repairs, failing this the
Chainjian end the See* wore to try other means.

seconded by DOGGANs- That the District ton for the 1946 year be $2.15
per acre of Grade *A* with *Ujf per owe rebated
for prompt payment*
