Minutes of Meeting C? the Board of Trustees of Qie Winfield
and Okanagan Centre Irrigation District, held at the Secretary's
residence at Winfleld, Wednesday, December 23rd 1931 at 4 P.M.
|      Present  Messrs. - Seaton, Head, Gray, McDonald & Goldie.
and the Secretary,
The minutes of the meeting of November 30th were read and
(^)      The Secretary submitted report of W.A.Gameron, engineer,
of the completed work done by the Interior Contracting
Company on the Crooked Lake dam, and also a summary of
other expenses in connection with this work.
The Engineersf report was considered in detail, and it was

Seconded by Mr. Read, That the engineer's report be accepted
and the payment of the balance of
$$♦948*85 due the Interior Contracting
Company Limited be authorized.
Moved by Mr. Goldie,
Seconded by Mr. Gray, That payment of the following accounts
in connection with Crooked lake Dam
be authorized -
J* Goldie, expenses to Victoria, $ 60.00
i Wm.Baug & Son, Cement &  Lime    283*8C
Morrison Hdwe.Co. sundry        2*30
T. Treadgold,    Gauge 6*50
Wilklns Machine Shop, Gates    209*55
W.A.Cameron, balance to date     376 *3C
The question*of remunerating A. P* Clark for the use of the
road to Beaver Lake was discussed, and it was
by Mr. Gray,   That, without admitting any legal
liability in the matter, but in view
of the benefits derived from the
existence of the road to Beaver Lake,
the sum of I1CC.0G be paid to Mr.
m        A.P.Clark, $40.00 of this amount to
be paid to the Duck Creek Flume
Committee on account of Mr. Clark's
proportionate assessment for that
worx, and the Seoretary be instructed
to Issue a cheque to Mr. Clark for the
balance Of $60.00.

Discussion in regard to the distribution of water in 1931
and the Companyfs charges therefor; action deferred till
next meeting.
The Meeting then adjourned.
