Meeting of the Trustees of the Winfleld k Okanpgan Centre Irrigation
District held in the Winf ield Hall on Wed. May 15, 1946 at 9*80 p.m.
Present Messrs. Constable, Chase, Duggan, Goldie, & Seaton.

The Chairman reported that he had seen Mr* McDougall of the Black
Mountain District & that he hoi promised to send ell available figures
re. their Conservation Fund loan to the Bee* as soon as possible*
The Sec* read a letter from the Irr* Co* In reply to the Trustees
request for information re the sale of irrigation water after the close
of the season*    It was

SECONDED by CONSTABLE:- that the Sec* write the do. saying that the Trustees
~ would like to be advised at the time as to who was M|
using extra water, cad how much.   CARRIED
The Chairman reported that on May 11, 1946 there was 7" of water going over
Crooked Laid spillway (with the planks out) k that Beaver Irim  stood at   <**
11.6 on the gauge*
On May 10th* the water in Beaver Lak® woo op 1 ft* that meant that there
one approx* 4 ft* to go before the water ran over the new spillway*
Mr* Goldie said that he had met Mr* Penfold who had said that our
District should certainly mike an effort to attend the hearing by the
Public Utilities Commission of the Ellison District casec It was thought
that tho hearing would be on June 21, 1946.
The Trustees thought this a good idea.
Meeting adjourned at 9* 25 p.m.
