This binder contains two documents prepared by James Goldie.  The first, dated December 31, 1951, is a balance sheet after audit for the Rainbow Ranche.  The second is a statement of income and expenditure and trial balance as of July 30, 1952 for the Rainbow Ranche.  There are also notes on the second document regarding Lot 3 in the name of F.N.Stewart.
