You will please find enclosed the following statements,
Auditor fs Balance Sheet, Our Production cost,   Re turns for Fruit,
Crop yield, and Surplus Gash.
The Auditor made up his statement without entering Dividend,
on the understanding that if we wants-   to  put through a Dividend we
would Bjima alrI,..o.f t,h0.....co.nio.f.1 and ha wouli make out new ones.
Our statements will  explain most of tha figures in this.
The 7*TODB  Fruit Union and Winfield accounts are balanced.
All  wages have be^n paid fern*  we  Still owe on last  years account il569.87
The usual depreciation has been allowed.    f910.83 has been charged up
for Income Tax,  which  nil! ba  payable nert Spring.
fe have written #f£ to Bad Debts $£50. on account of J5*0.Shanks.    Thi®
account was for the old tractor which we sold him,but a^ wo hold a Chattel
mortgage we should not lose muoh*
Production Costs.    You will have a similar statement dated
last May 87th*       Vt have not made up tha detail  fro* statement as  yet.

considered  there in not a great deal of difference*
In the Orchard material undor Sundries is the cost of two new Spray
out fits $1861.28  .  Last year under replacement of Tractorwas $2030.40
for a. new tractor.    There warn also in last years statement equipment
1-530.74.  and Buildings $2026*18  ,  or a  total of |4S87.3£.  charged to
working costs. In 1928 there  were fifteen cars  trucked direct from
orchard  to  tha Centre and loaded in bulk cars.    In 19Z9 only one car
was handled in this  way.
Crop Returns.       All adjustments and rebates are included
in this.       it may ba of interest  to compare this with our yield statement
sent to you Wov.  Sth last.      The account 3ales for the fruit packed
by the Union and Winfield are net  ,  the packing chars#t have been deducted.
Crop Yield, This  will  replace the Statement sent to$
you last November the ^th.
Surlus Cash  .      this is in different  form than last year
as all adjustments   ?ar the crop have been made.
fe ®ra sending out cheques  for $7000.      Mr. McAllistarts
for $3500. has bean marked at par Toronto and is enclosed*
Mr. Dormer*s will be deposited in the Bank of Montreal,  '/anion.
According to our figures there is still a surplus of -1x300.
Please let us know if there are $^ny other figures you would
like to have.
