Notes	This map was originally concieved by geographer Joseph-Nicholas de L'Isle, and elaborated upon by Robert de Vaugondy. Based upon the fictitious voyage of a Spanish admiral, Bartholemew de Font in 1640. Similar maps depicting the voyage of De Font are also included in the Andrew McCormick Collection.
