Image of a docked ship. This item includes a handwritten which reads "S.S. Prince Rupert
Was put into service in 1910. It steamed from England ti Victoria, then Esquimalt for dry dock, where no public were allowed on board, then to Seattle. Then it ran variously between Seattle, Victoria, Vancouver and Prince Rupert, on the Grand Trunk Pacific Line. It was decommissioned in 1956. This photo could be from First dry dock in Esquimalt. Photographer is Jones, Esquimalt, who operated between 1899 + 1922."
