No. of Plaint – 692 Summons; Warrant - Gambitz had obtained a judgment against the Plaintiff for £2.17 for debt and £4.16 for costs, and the judgment remains unsatisfied. As outlined in the Warrant, the Defendant had still not satisfied the judgment, the Defendant is to be committed for six days to the common gaol.
