Description
Hand-coloured engraving of the county of Middlesex in England. The regions of Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire are named. Primarily features the regions north of the Thames. Map title is surrounded by decorative cartouche with harvest fruits and a figure holding a sheaf of wheat. Heraldic crest also featured on upper left side of map.
