Thanks Florence Nightingale, through Vaughan Nash for a gift of money which would be spent on Swiss milk and "Mellin" for the weakly children. Discusses the coming of rains and fever, and plans to send travelling dispensaries to villages with quinine. Discusses value of a visit from the Viceroy to the area.
