Emma Crosby, Waukegan [Illinois], to Eliza Douse [Mother]. Briefly describes the beginning of her journey, and assures her parents that they should not feel anxious. Mr. Crosby adds a note on the last page, dated May 18th, stating that the journey was going well and that he had preached twice that day.
