This film takes a look at Green Lettuce, an Indian-style Chinese restaurant in the heart of the Kingsways area in Vancouver. Green Lettuce is run by Peter Chang and his ethnic Chinese family from India. Peter Chang provides an interesting look at Chinese history in India and also provides a look at fusion food.
