Gil Bon Moon and Joanne Moon tell us a story behind the success of Jang Mo Jib, a chain Korean restaurant in Downtown Vancouver and Richmond. The family works together to create authentic Korean food and to preserve Korean culture through cuisine. They say that the homecooked style of food is the reason why their restaurants appeal not just to Koreans but everyone in Vancouver.
