41 menus from the Princess Louise and 4 menus from the Princess Alice, both part of Canadian Pacific Railway's Alaska Service. With musical programme on the back. Cover images include Lake Louise from the Chateau, Malahat Drive on Vancouver Island, the Chateau Frontenac, and Indian chief, Banff Springs Hotel, the Royal York Hotel, Hotel Vancouver, and the Empress Hotel. Assembled by Lawrence Crawford, orchestra leader on the Canadian Pacific second Empress of Japan, Princess Louise, and Princess Alice.
