Sunny, scenic and superb. Lovely, lively, latin. Italy is irresistible. The air tingles with anticipation. The very earth
quivers to the measured tread of history. A heritage of
Caesars, saints and scholars, artists and adventurers rekindled in an exuberant and exciting people. Look! The dawn
of civilization in marble and mosaic. The triumph of the
Renaissance in fabulous Florence. Of faith in Rome. Music in
Milan and medieval trade in Venice. Listen! The great Michelangelo speaks with iips of marble. The roar of Rome for its
victorious legions is echoed in a thousand hollow halls. The
hymns of martyrs still rise above Catacomb and Colosseum.

paintbox of flowers in an azure sea. Slip entranced into the
Blue Grotto. Cruise away to Palermo, the largest and most
beautiful city in Sicily where Saracen, Borogue and Byzantine
compete for a place in the sun and a view of the sea. Pause
in the ancient Greek cities at Siracusa and Taormina where
beauty reigns supreme. On to Mount Etna. Then return to
