GENERAL—All information published herein is subject to tariff regulations and to change
without notice. Current tariffs are maintained in all Ticket Offices of the Company for public
inspection.
SCHEDULES—All times shown in this schedule are local times as observed by each city.
CHILDREN - ACCOMPANIED—Children from two years of age and under twelve years
old, accompanying a passenger at least twelve years old, pay 50% of the applicable normal
adult fare. One infant under two years of age and not occupying a seat, may accompany
each full fare adult passenger at no extra charge on Domestic services including flights to and
from Mexico. On all other international services 10% of the normal adult fare is charged.
CHILDREN - UNACCOMPANIED—For fares and rules governing the carriage of unaccompanied children consult your local CPA office.
BAGGAGE— Includes all luggage including typewriters, parcels, briefcases, camera equipment, handbags, etc., whether carried in the cabin or checked. All such articles must be
weighed/tagged and included in the total allowance. Ladies' handbags/pocket books, overcoats, wraps, umbrellas or walking sticks, small cameras, binoculars, infant's carrying
basket and food for consumption in flight, a fully collapsible wheelchair and a pair of
crutches and braces or other prosthetic device, and a reasonable amount of reading material
when retained by the passenger will be carried free over and above the free allowance.
FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE — (Except for infants travelling free or at 10% fare will be:
(1) On International Services except Canada-Honolulu — 66 pounds (30 kilos) on First
Class and 44 pounds (20 kilos) on Economy Class. (2) Domestic Services and Canada-
Honolulu, 2 bags with total of length plus height plus width not to exceed 62" for one bag
and 55" for the other bag, (or one duffel or B-4 or sea bag) plus cabin baggage of 1 or
more bags whose total length plus height plus width is less than 45". Maximum size of
bag accepted as baggage is 80".
Excess Weight Charges for International Services are: 1% of the applicable First Class
fare per kilogram (2.2 pounds). Excess Bag or Oversized Bag Charges (shown in brackets)
for Domestic and Canada-Honolulu services are - where the applicable Economy or Standard
Class fare is $25.00 or under ($2.00), $25.01-$50.00 ($3.00), $50.01-$120.00 ($4.00), $120.01-
$200.00 ($5.00), $200.01 or over ($6.00).
Liability—Should baggage or personal property be lost or damaged or delayed in delivery
our liability is limited for domestic travel to U.S. $250 for each ticket or for international
travel our liability is limited to U.S. $16.50 per kilogram for checked baggage and U.S. $330
for unchecked baggage for each ticket. These limits of liability apply unless extra baggage
valuation charges are paid before departure.
RESERVATIONS—Will be cancelled by CPA unless tickets are purchased at the time speci-;i
tied by the company.
RECONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS—Remember! Reconfirm! Contact the airline con-':
cerned if your space was booked at a city other than your point of departure, or when youj
hold return or continuing reservations from a planned stopover point.
Reconfirm CPA international flights, including those to and from Honolulu, at least 72 hours!
before scheduled departure. Reconfirm CPA flights within Canada by 4:00 p.m. local time thef
day previous for departures before 12:00 noon, and 6 hours before departure for other flights.!
Failure to reconfirm will result in a cancellation of all your reservations.
MEALS—Complimentary meals are served at appropriate times on all International and'
Transcontinental Flights as well as on certain other Domestic Flights.
PASSPORTS, VISAS, VACCINATION CERTIFICATES—To travel from one country to
another you must usually have a valid passport, visa or other permit and International
Vaccination Certificate. For entry or return to Canada or the U.S.A., a smallpox vaccination
certificate is required. While we usually have available the latest information, we are not
responsible for its accuracy and urge you to consult the nearest consulate of the country"
you propose to visit. CPA's employees have been instructed by government authorities to
deny passage to any person whose documents are not in order. Never place documents'
in baggage which is to be checked.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION—Ground transportation service is available between downtown scheduled pick-up points and the airport at the passenger's expense. CPA does not
operate any ground transportation services. CPA neither assumes nor is under any liability
with respect to ground transportation.
INSURANCE—Trip insurance is available at most CPA airport offices.
LIABILITY—CPA assumes no liability other than that specified in its tariffs published and
filed pursuant to law.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS—Any CPA office will gladly help arrange your hotel reservation in
any city served by the airline.

lignes nationales, sur les lignes internationales, a $16.50 (E.-U.) par kilogramme pour les
bagages enregistres eta $330 (E.-U.) pour les bagages non enregistr§s et pour chaque billet,
sauf si des frais supplementaires devaluation des bagages ont §te" payes avant le depart.
RESERVATIONS—Elles seront annulees a moins que les billets ne soient achetes au moment
specifie par la compagnie.
RECONFIRMATION DES RESERVATIONS—Attention! II faut reconfirmer! Communiquez

celle du depart, ou quand vous detenez un billet aller-et-retour ou avec escales.
Reconfirmez les vols internationaux—de m§me que ceux a destination et en provenance
d'Honolulu—au moins 72 heures avant le depart. Reconfirmer les vols de C.P.A. sur la ligne
transcontinentale avant 4h. PM (heure locale), le jour precedent, pour les departs avant midi,
et 6 heures avant le depart pour les autres vols.
A defaut de reconfirmation, toute reservation sera annul§e.
REPAS—Des repas gratuits sont servis aux heures normales sur tous les vols internationaux
et transcontinentaux ainsi que sur certains vols en territoire canadien.
PASSEPORTS, VISAS, CERTIFICATS DE VACCINATION—PouK voyager d'un pays a un
autre, vous devez §tre en possession d'un passeport valide, visa ou autre permis et du
certificat international de vaccination. Pour entrer ou retourner au Canada ou aux Etats-
Unis, un certificat de vaccination contre la petite verole est requis. Bien que les bureaux
de CPA possedent normalement les derniers renseignements sur les divers pays, ils ne
peuvent §tre tenus responsables de la precision de ces derniers et vous exhortent a consulter
le consulat du pays que vous desirez visiter. Les employes de CPA ont regu ordre du
gouvernement de refuser le passage a tout passager dont les documents ne sont pas en
regie. Ne jamais laisser de documents dans les bagages qui doivent etre consignes.
TRANSPORT EN SURFACE—Des moyens de transport en surface circulent entre la ville
et I'aeroport selon un horaire etabli, aux frais des voyageurs. CPA, qui n'assure aucun
service de transport en surface, n'assume ni n'encourt aucune responsabilite pour les
transports de cette categorie.
ASSURANCE—On peut se procurer une police d'assurance-voyage dans la plupart des
bureaux d'aeroport de C.P.A.
