i.#3®iiii£:
YOU'LL FEEL LIKE YOU CAN WALK ON WATER.
Or skate on it. Or ski on it. Outside or in, a winter vacation in Canada will rejuvenate your soul.
And, whether you're gliding over snow or sharing a quiet moment with that someone special, vacationing
in Canada will especially rejuvenate your budget.
That's because in addition to an exchange rate that puts travelling to the U.S. or abroad out of reach,
Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts is offering some great winter packages. So this winter discover
all the wonder, excitement and value of a great Canadian winter.
Canadian Pacific =A Hotels & Resorts GET AWAY
TO CANADA'S HOTEL
COMPANY
It all started over 100 hundreds years ago
when Wm. Cornelius Van Home of the Canadian
Pacific Railway built a castle in the middle of the
forbidding Canadian Rockies. He reasoned that
if he couldn't export the scenery, he'd import the
visitors. It turned out to be a sound proposition.
OUR RESORTS
From the emerald blue of Lake Louise and rare beauty
of Banff to the deep pine forests of the Muskokas and quiet
charm of Montebello, the resorts of Canadian Pacific provide a
backdrop for fun and adventure. Ski, skate, snowmobile, enjoy a
sleighride, snowshoe, and when the day is done — relax. If it's
part of enjoying a Canadian winter, you can find it at our resorts.
OUR HOTELS
We may have started in the woods, but it
wasn't long before we headed to the city. And now
may be a good time for you to follow suit. We have
a hotel in the heart of every major centre in Canada.
And, all the excitement and elegance that the city
has to offer is just steps from our doors. MORE THAN JUST
BRICKS AND MORTAR
Although many of our hotels and resorts represent some
of the most impressive architecture in the land, the thing
that truly sets us apart is our people. From the warm welcome
and diligent service you'll receive to the fine cuisine they'll
prepare and adventures they can arrange, it's our people who
make our hotels and resorts the finest in the country. Visit us
soon. And find out for yourself just how good a hotel can be.
WHAT'S AHEAD
On the following pages you'll discover a wonderland
of things to do this winter at Canadian Pacific Hotels &
Resorts — all with package rates that make it easy on your
budget. If you have any questions or would like to make
reservations on the packages included in this brochure, or
additional ski specific packages, please contact your travel
consultant or give us a call at - 1 800 441^1414. BRITISH COLUMBIA
