IN    THE   MATTER   OF    the
application of the Council of the
Village of Grayson, in the Province
of Saskatchewan, under Section 237
of the Railway Act, for an Otder
directing the Canadian Pacific Railway Company to provide and construct a crossing over its railway at
the extension of Henderson atreet, in
the said Village:    File 16052:
UPON reading what has been filed-
IT IS ORDERED
That the Canadian Pacific Railway provide and construct a suitable
highway crossing over its railway at the said extension of Henderson
Street, in the said Village of Grayson, Province of Saskatchewan.

by the Land Department in order to give them a
